A. TUITION/BILLING PROCEDURES
For your convenience, the yearly tuition is billed in ten monthly payments due by the 10 th of each month, beginning September and ending in June. A 5% late payment fee will be charged when payment is received after the 10 th . We will not be sending bills except if there are extra hours, additional fees or if an account is in arrears. These will be placed in your child's cubby. Please note that tuition is billed on the hour . People using partial Childcare will be charged at the hourly rate. If you use extra “drop-in-hours” for the month, this will be included in your monthly bill. Extra drop-in hours are billed for on the following month's bill.
There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Any questions about bills should be directed to office between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ,
The Rockville Nursery School and Kindergarten reserves the right to terminate enrollment should an account become overdue for more than two tuition payments and no attempt is made to reconcile the debt.
B. REGISTRATION FEE
There is a $75.00 non-refundable annual registration fee for children enrolling at Rockville Nursery School and Kindergarten (only one registration fee per family is required).
The guaranteed deposit is a $250.00 payment collected in advance. It is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee at the time of registration that is applied to your child's last month of tuition. This guaranteed deposit holds your child's place in the school and assures the Rockville Nursery School and Kindergarten of your enrollment commitment. This fee must be paid by mid February to ensure enrollment in the following school year beginning in September. For withdrawals due to family relocation, consideration of refund would be made on an individual case basis.
For withdrawals during the school year, the guarantee deposit is refunded only with a 60-day written notice up to and including March 1st. The guarantee deposit is forfeited without 60 days notice of withdrawal or for withdrawals beginning April 1st.
The Rockville Nursery School reserves the right to terminate enrollment for any child during the school year with 30 days notice, guarantee deposit to be refunded.
C. MATERIAL FEE
A non-refundable material fee is collected in the beginning of the school year to help cover supply expenses, books and special projects. |
