ILLNESS & EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The school shall have proper means of reaching at least two adults responsible for the child at all times.

The school shall be given the name of a local physician and shall have the right to call that physician in case of emergency. It is the responsibility of the parent to keep emergency information cards up to date,e.g. as to telephone numbers, etc.

If your child should become ill during school, sending him/her home may be necessary. Mother, Father, or an emergency number will be called immediately.

A child should not be sent to Rockville Nursery School and Kindergarten - Sun Fun when he/she is not feeling well. Germs are shared quickly in a school environment. You can help all our children stay healthier by keeping your sick child at home.

These are signs we look for when we call you to pick up your child from school:

  1. A temperature of more than 99.8 F
